ELGIN, Ill. - Gaining one last basketball award for the 2009-10 season, junior Jim Kuban was named the NCCAA National Player of the Week for his play in the NAIA National Tournament. Kuban led Judson in scoring with 14 points.

Judson made their second ever appearance in the NAIA Division II National Tournament in Point Lookout, Missouri, where they faced #2 Oregon Tech. Kuban led Judson with 14 points and played the entire game. Judson was down by as many as 21 points and came back to take the lead by three with just over four minutes left in the game before falling, 63-57. Kuban also had four assists and four rebounds.

Judson finished the season at 17-13 and won the CCAC Tournament Championship.
