TUCSON,
Ariz. - With the weather playing havoc on the Tucson Softball Invitational, the
Judson University softball team has only been able to play one game in two
days. After all the games were cancelled
on Monday, Judson did get in one game on Tuesday before the cold weather set
in. The games were all cancelled due to
a freezing rain advisory in Tucson. Judson
won their season opener over Iowa Wesleyan, 6-4, and then had their other three
games of the day cancelled.
Judson will
now play two games on Wednesday as they will face Peru State at 6:00 p.m. and
Cornerstone University at 8:00 p.m. All
times are West Coast times.
Judson is currently 1-0 on the year and the win was head coach Becky Stenning's
98th at Judson.
