
ELGIN, Ill. - Freshman ShaRhonda Huff (Chattanooga, TN/Tyner Academy) continues to help lead the Judson University women's basketball program as she was named the CCAC Player of the Week. She led Judson to two consecutive wins and was the leading scorer in both games.
She set her career highs of points (19), steals (5), and assists (8) in an 89-33 win over Silver Lake on Saturday. Earlier in the week, she guided Judson to their second CCAC win, 68-55 over Trinity Christian, with 14 points and six rebounds. She averaged 16.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 3.0 steals per game.
Huff is the third Judson player to be named the CCAC Player of the Week as both Lindsey Jordan and Alicia Rovertoni have received the award. Judson is currently 8-11 and 2-2 in the CCAC and have won three games in a row.
