
GARY, Ind. - Taking on the University of Indiana-Northwest for the second time this season, Judson University (5-9) fell short this time around, 81-79. Judson had a seven-point lead at the half, 43-36, but did not hold onto it.
Four players were in double figures for Judson led by Aubrey Parson's 23 points. Kristi Siemers added 18 points while Kirstin Johns had 15 and Lindsey Jordan 13. Alicia Rovertoni led Judson with nine rebounds.
Judson's best shot came from the three-point line as they took 43 shots and mad 18 (41%). Siemers led Judson with six three-pointers while Parsons and Jordan had four each and Johns three. Judson finished shooting 37% from the floor and only 41% from the foul line.
Indiana-Northwest shot 41% from the floor, 33% from the three-point line, and 68% from the stripe. They also out rebounded Judson, 49-41.
Judson will travel to Ft. Wayne, Ind., on Monday, January 4th, to face the University of St. Francis at 6:00 p.m.
